Journey On for Your Health and Wellness
If you are searching for certain products that will enhance your health and wellness, let me make a couple of suggestions.
“Health is everything, without it you have nothing.”
So my suggestion in this post will be for your home. I’d always recommend a diffuser or two for each home. I started with one and add more as time went on; if you can do more now do so, it does add to your health and wellness.
Diffusing is great since it is so easy to give benefits to everyone in one step. Start with a middle-range essential oil and only run the diffusers for 15 minutes each hour. By middle ranch essential oil, I mean one that is not too strong for all ages. My suggestions for diffusing would be purification, RC, lavender. These are all oils that come in the Premium Starter Kit. Drop 3 – 6 drops in your water diffuser, with approximately 1/2 cup of water. Read your directions as well.
Household Cleaner
