Oils for a More Optimist View
We are living in a world filled with much uncertainty and volatile emotions. Remaining optimistic is hard.
I have a collection of essential oils that support optimism and help encourage and support us in our journey?
In A World of Uncertainty
In a world of uncertainty, the unexpected and “surprises” happen more often than we like to admit. We need a guiding “force” that keeps us from running and hiding. Sometimes, that is our only choice, but as we all know, we shouldn’t hide for long. My guiding “force” is faith in God, and there are times when other resources have helped me when I’ve got locked in my own headspace and need additional support. That is not a bad thing.
My goal is to give you a perspective on how to live within these situations and to give you a new lens through which you see the world around you.
We all have a space that we call our own. It should be good, safe, and supportive. This is where you can add your mind talk, essential oils, and even supplements that support you.
In the World Around us, we also have to have a lens to see what we know or don’t know. Then, we can be safe and effective—if we choose. When we take responsibility for ourselves and share that power with others, the “world” does not have to fall apart.
What Does Non-Optimist Feel Like?
Here are some feelings that we are surrounded by at times.
- unworthy
- inadequate
- betrayed
- hopeless
- disgust
- argumentative
These terms are thrown around and can settle on us quickly and frequently. We can get lost in that space!
But the bigger question should be – “Is it true?”
If it is “not true”, don’t stay there – Here are some suggestions to help you move:
- Take a DEEP breath
- Reach out to a friend for a chat
- Find an essential oil that is known to lift the spirits – like Joy or Stress Away.
What is Optimism Again?
Optimism is hopefulness and confidence about the future or the successful outcome of something.
We can have this in our court – on our side.
I need a plan when I know I’m prone to a particular attitude or can “get down” about things. If I pre-plan, I have a solution and know what to do.
Join us for solutions that you can have ready for “those days.” Solutions you can have and do at home—private, convenient, and doable.
See you soon,
