Yogurt Bites – Yummy
I want to share this recipe with you.
When we were doing our research for the Vitality Newsletter and presentation, this was one of many recipes that we came across.
It look so cool and refreshing, a great snack for the summer. Well it’s not summer yet but I had some Greek yogurt and frozen fruit – so why not do it.
The recipe ingredients for the yogurt bites
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of fruit – frozen or fresh
- 2 tsp of sweetener
- 2 drops of tangerine vitality essential oils
You just combine, stir, prepare for freezing using a muffin pan size tin, and freeze. Of course – ENJOY!
You’ll have to try it to now. I sweetened ours with 3 drops liquid stevia (I would use a little more but that is me), and I used frozen fruit.
