Essential Oils For Every Day and Every Body

Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts believed to have therapeutic properties. We often hear about them used in aromatherapy, a form of alternative medicine that involves using volatile plant oils to treat or prevent disease. Essential oils are typically derived from a plant’s leaves, stems, flowers, bark, or roots and are typically diluted.

Essential oils have been around for thousands of years.  That does not mean we should not allow them to work for us today.  Generations have been delayed in knowing what effect they can have on our behalf.

Our family is blessed to be acquainted with essential oils and know the strength that they can have for our bodies, minds, and spirit.  We’ve used them with so many incidents that have arrived with a young family and all boys.  Lots of things pop up, right.

We have decided what essential oils to use for each situation that arises. These can be minor things, women’s challenges, or serious injuries.

Our goal is to ensure you have all the details you need to use your stash of essential oils. You’ll find classes, tips, and recipes to help you out.
